The highlight of the Americana Festival is the parade. The Parade begins at 10:00am on East Franklin Street, west of Centerville High School, and proceeds West to Cline Elementary on Virginia Avenue. Young entertainers (19 and under) will take center stage at Washington Township’s annual Americana Amateur Talent Contest on Monday July 1st, 2013 at 5:30pm. The entertainment begins at 11:00am on July 4th. There will be a great line up of entertainment for the Americana Festival. Look for strolling performers including jugglers, clowns, musicians and stilt walkers. This beautiful location has served as the venue for our fine arts show in recent years, and in 2013 we are doing even more to promote this important area.
